Get Entity Summary Batch

/api/clicktracking/ad-reporting/summary/batch

Get the range summary for a PAGE of entities of one type, in one request.

Same numbers as GET /summary per entity - the list and the detail page must never disagree - but computed from one metrics query instead of one per row. The campaign list asked for 25 separate summaries per page before this existed.

Args: request: entity_type, up to 100 entity_ids, and the optional date range ad_reporting_service: Injected ad reporting service

Returns: {"summaries": {entity_id: summary}}, one entry per requested id

Raises: HTTPException: 400 on an invalid entity_type or date, 422 on an empty or oversized id list
